I. Conference Purpose & Format

Our purpose in bringing together our MET Alumni is as follows:

 

MET will run an alumni conference in November 27-28 (Monday and Tuesday) in Lubumbashi, Democratic Republic of Congo.

 

The Alumni rally aims to:

1. Update ministry happenings

2. Discuss potential networking

3. Missional issues addressed by Guest speakers

4. Promotion of Missions FestŪ in Africa

5. Update of MET ministry

 

II. Display Hall

If you wish to book a table for a missions display you must note this on your application form as we have limited tables.

 

Display set up will occur during registration time early on the first day of the conference in the main hall.    

            MET will not supply power cords or adaptors for displays.

            Each display should be thought out carefully and set up in a neat attractive manner.

 

III. Air Travel

Those needing pick up at the Lubumbashi Airport must inform the MET office early .  Return flights should be arranged in time.

 

IV. Bus Travel

            All delegates are responsible for their transport to and from Lubumbashi.

 

V. Sponsorship

            No sponsorships are available for the conference so please prepare yourself financially.
